This is an ongoing project, this short video is our initial teaser.

It's a documentation of one night of working for the fishermen in Kafountine, Casamance, Senegal. I'm working on it with a close friend Spike Adams - we are currently in the process of figuring out which way feels right to continue sharing this story, and which of the many faces of the story we want to share.

The core of it for me is the fisherman and their songs, their work, their faith, their boldness and love in the face of real hard work and the mounting pressures from globalisation and exploitation from other nations around the world.
